Experience and expertise

We do not invent bakers, dietitians, scientists or credentials. If an article is later reviewed by a named expert, the site should publish the person’s real role and the scope of review.

Health claims

Articles must not imply that ordinary wheat sourdough is gluten-free, universally easier to digest or medically therapeutic. Anecdote should not be presented as clinical evidence.
