When it comes to producing the finest regional ingredients, we believe in our countryside. The dishes on our menu allow us the opportunity to showcase some of the best local food producers who share our passion for great local and seasonal produce that has been grown, harvested and reared to the finest ethical and traditional farming methods.

Pop along to the brasserie to sample the finest local produce.

Here’s just a few of Edinburgh’s tastiest hidden treasures that we are proud to feature on our homegrown and local menu:

Jo and James Macsween have been producing haggis for 3 generations in Loanhead of Edinburgh, famous for their quality haggis they were also the originators of the first vegetarian haggis in 1984. Great care is taken in the making of this particular scottish delicacy and only the best ingredients are used. Great care is also taken to ensure their secret recipe is well guarded. Immortalised by the Scottish poet Robert Burns, the haggis is one of Scotlands most celebrated products.

George Campbell is a family business based in Edinburgh since 1872, Ian Campbell sources fish and sea food from local fisherman, his fish shop in Ferry Road is a stones throw away from Newhaven fish market and is real proof of his commitment to the local fishing community, quality and freshness.
